Animal Law, General Practice, Family, Criminal Defense, Domestic Violence
I grew up in Ypsilanti and Livonia and always wanted to be a lawyer. I worked and volunteered since I was 14, started my first business when I was 18, and helped create LEAP – Lawyers for Equal Access Project, Inc. to help people with moderate means who could not afford standard attorney rates. Since then, I served on several legal committees and associations, usually focusing on poverty and animal issues.
Over the past decade, my private practice focused on animal welfare and dog law, in particular, although I handle a variety of cases in criminal, traffic, family, and probate law. If I can't help you, I will find someone who can.
I have two college-age daughters, Samantha and Lindsey, with my first husband, Ivan, who died of pancreatic cancer, and a daughter, Courtney, 11, with my husband, Chris.

If you want to know how good a lawyer is you can read some of her many well written and published answers to questions on Avvo.com relating to her field of practice. I have found that Ms. Radloff is willing to go the extra mile for her clients. She has been a strong voice for animal and human rights. When you do all that, you will see exactly why I gladly endorse Ms. Radloff. She knows the law, she explains it well for people who need help, and she cares about her clients. If you have a legal question and her office is anywhere near you, she is your answer. I recommend her to you to help you in your legal needs.

This lawyer was disciplined by a state licensing authority.
Suspension means an attorney lost his or her license to practice law for a period of time. The attorney typically returns to practicing law when the suspension expires.
Michelle’s comment: “Stipulated to 45 day suspension due to personal issues, i.e., abusive spouse”
