Keith W. Madden

Keith Madden specializes primarily in the areas of business, employment and municipal law. Keith is currently the City of Westland's Assistant City Attorney, a position in which he is a jack of all trades. He held the position from 1988-1998, and took on the role again 2010. Keith earned his J.D. from Wayne State University, where he graduated summa cum laude at the top of his class in 1987.

Keith's experience across a wide variety of legal issues has been crucial to the team at Fausone Bohn. He has tried hundreds of cases involving labor law, zoning, workers compensation, unemployment, contract law, wrongful discharge, products liability, criminal law, constitutional law and municipal law. He also has extensive appellate work experience at both the state and federal courts.

Keith was born and raised in the Metro-Detroit area, but has also lived in Oklahoma and Chicago working with the FAA Air Traffic Control. His sports allegiances, however, have always remained with Detroit. In his free time, Keith enjoys coaching his nephew's Little League baseball team.
