Brian is the third attorney on my high profile case. I was not shy firing my last attorney who was very bad with communication, extremely rude, and careless with my situation. Brian is a honest and hardworking attorney who does not only care about the money. He cares about his performance, as well as his clients outcomes. Brians performance outweighs my last two attorneys performances by far. He's so well with communication and does whatever he can to better his clients situation. He's so well prepared to fight for his clients and will do anything he is asked of if he thinks it will better the situation. I would never think twice about going to another attorney. Brian has earned my respect not only as an attorney, but as a man also
Brian is simply the most dedicated lawyer one can find. He painstakingly works each client's case leaving no stone unturned. If only all attorneys could be as dedicated and competent as Brian at practicing law, the legal community and lawyers in general would not have such a negative reputation. I can emphatically state that Brian truly cares about each and every individual he represents. My fear, whether well founded or not, has always been that I will simply be processed by the criminal justice system (as, as such, be processed by the attorney that I have hired). Any fears I may have about lawyers and the system are re-soundly put to rest with Brian's representation. The criminal justice system is a seriously scary place. So there will always be concern. There just is. The system is not fun. Regardless, Brian truly cares about his client's well-being. He truly does, and that is something that should not be taken lightly, because most attorneys, rather than being concerned about their client's wants, interest and needs, are more concerned about themselves, their family and their own lives. Just not so with Brian. He takes nothing for granted. He will press the prosecution at every turn and leave no stone unturned. He is at the forefront in knowing the latest and modern trail techniques. The law is very technical. Law school can teach only so much. Even years of experience can only go so far because if any attorney has bad experiences he/she may simply build off of the bad and never get any better at their trade. Brian was trained by the best. He is a graduate of the Trial Lawyers College (Jerry Spence's is the most well respected advocate and Mr. Spence founded TLC). TLC is at the forefront of the latest trial techniques and graduating from this college is no easy task. Not only did Brian graduate, but he has thrived at being a lawyer. There is no one better. You want Brian at your side. You truly do.
Last summer we found ourselves in dire need, praying for assistance. Brian returned our first call within an hour of us contacting him. He spoke openly with us late into the evening as we described the crisis that had come upon our family. He calmed us down and answered many of our questions. The next day he cleared his schedule to meet with us. His knowledge was enlightening as he explained our options. His open and caring demeanor helped put us at ease and allowed us to freely express our concerns and needs. We felt our stresses ease as he handled each angle thoroughly, with intelligence and skill.
During the weeks and months of our case, Brian routinely called to keep us up-to-date. He pursued every pathway that might threaten our case, bringing it finally to a satisfactory conclusion. Thankfully, our lives are back to normal now. Our family has come to see Brian, not only as a highly skilled professional, but also as a trustworthy friend. We highly recommend him.
Excellent young Lawyer. Very hard worker. Wants to make a name for Himself. Not the typical Lawyer out to make a buck, and just go through the motion. I recommend if you want an honest . straight up Lawyer. This is the one. I will not hesitate calling him again when needed. And you should to.
Brian has had involvement in two cases pertaining domestic violence on my behalf, being in a severe situation with my family and the law there was a cense of empowerment that relaxed my guilt when Brian defended my behalf. I could listen to Brian for hours he knew my rights and exercised them to the MAX. Great Defensive lawyer and a Respected Man in and out of court. Thank you Brian
I was very fortunate a good friend of mine recommended Brian to me when I was in serious need of a very good attorney. My case was in most peoples opinion a very difficult one to defend. Brian exceeded all of my expectations. Me being 60 and Brian being much younger I never expected the type of work ethic he has. He put in some very long hours to be prepared for my case and he totally destroyed my accusers credibility. He so completely outworked and out-shinned the prosecutor to the point that if it were a boxing match she would have thrown in the towel. He has a way of forming a relationship with a jury, I could see that, that was very important. I will say his closing argument for me should have been filmed, it was a masterpiece!!! It took the jury about 10 minutes to find me not guilty.
I've had the pleasure of Brian Prain's suburb excellence. He is someone who puts his heart and soul into the case he works on. If your looking for the best Crimminal Law Attorney, Attorney Prain is the one.
Brian was absolutely amazing. I was so scared when I had my run in with the criminal justice system. I had no idea what to expect. I had so many questions and Brian answered every single one. He was confident we would win my case if taken to trial, which I did. After 3 months of not knowing where my fate stood, i received a NOT GUILTY VERDICT. His prices were fair and he is such a good attorney. Watching him fight for me was amazing. I owe my life and my freedom to Brian.
Brian represented my two sons who were were both charged on multiple felony and misdemeanor counts surrounding assault and resisting arrest stemming from a sporting event in Michigan. My sons were caught up in a bad situation made worse by being in an unfamiliar legal system (we are from Canada). Our choice of lawyer came from checking this website and interviewing several lawyers over the phone. Once we spoke to Brian, we knew we had our man and were never disappointed throughout the entire process.
Brian explained what was happening, what scenarios might play out, and what strategy he thought would be best at every step along the way. As the situation changed, Brian adjusted his approach to best suit the situation. He was professional, honest, and worked hard to prepare for every eventuality. This guy genuinely cares about what he does and works his fanny off to do the best job possible. I hope we never need an attorney in Michigan again, but if we do, Brian will be the guy we go to. It's rare that I would go so far as to put a recommendation in writing, but I felt I should in this case.
Great Lawyer...He knows the Law and he will fight for his clients! I highly recommend Brian Prain
