I endorse Mr. Montoye without reservation. Recently, a client faced investigations from his employer and from the police. Mr. Montoye made time to see the client soon after I called. After listening carefully, Brian gave the client a clear explanation of the law and the possible consequences he faced. After we left the office, the client told me, "I know I could be in trouble but I feel better after meeting Brian." The client's trust was well-placed. Mr. Montoye worked quickly, investigated the facts, and used his knowledge of the law and understanding of the nearby law enforcement and prosecuting agencies. As a result, the client was not charged with any crimes. Based on my experience, I believe that Mr. Montoye would do excellent work for a person facing charges that involve business dealings, the handling of finances, or any other crime.
