About me

My primary focus is on issues relating to family law; divorce, child custody, parenting time, child support, and domestic violence. I interned and volunteered at the Free Legal Aid Clinic while I attended Wayne State University.  We represented mainly victims of domestic violence in family law matters.  We also worked with the Elder Law and Advocacy Center representing the needs of the elderly.

As a mom of a Marine Corps Veteran, I also actively advocate for our veterans.  I received the President's Volunteer Award in 2011 for my work with which is a non-profit group who assists parent of Marines.  I am currently working on getting certified to represent veterans at the Veterans Administration to help them obtain their benefits.

  • Elizabeth Roberts

Kim is an outstanding, knowledgeable attorney. More importantly, she understands the difficulties that arise when dealing with sensitive family matters. She is both professional and kind, and these qualities help her navigate through divorce and child-custody matters with ease. That being said, she is also the attorney you want in your corner when these matters get complicated. I endorse this lawyer.
