Outcome: Reduction to 1 misdemeanor count
Outcome: Judge LeDuc's conviction and sentence was appealed to the 16th Circuit Court. Judge Mary Chrzanowski reversed the conviction and ordered the 52-2 District Court to refund money overpaid by the Defendant in fines, costs, and probation oversight expenses.
Outcome: I was able to negotiate a plea bargain to unarmed robbery, and a sentence of 3 years on the minimum sentence, which ran concurrent to a 3 year sentence he was serving for an offense in another county
