I take pride in providing my clients with the most effective legal representation possible. Every client that I represent is given the full individual attention that their case deserves. In order to achieve that goal I focus my practice exclusively on criminal defense and civil rights cases. I have obtained successful results for clients throughout Michigan in both federal and state courts, and am not afraid to take a case to trial.
I believe in protecting civil rights and liberties, and that even the police and government must be held accountable for their actions. I continue to represent victims of police brutality and governmental misconduct. I am also dedicated to defending individuals who have been charged with serious criminal offenses, including murder, assault, domestic violence, OWI, drug trafficking, robbery, retail fraud, larceny, criminal sexual conduct, and firearm offenses.
I am admitted to the State Bar of Michigan, the Federal District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan, the Federal District Court for the Western District of MIchigan, and the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals. I am active in the legal community and hold memberships is several bar associations and organizations. I will personally speak with you about your case when you call me at (313) 736-5060.
