I found attorney Harris on Avvo. After discussing my problem with several attorneys, I found him to be more engaging, and willing to discuss a winning strategy. I also found him to be of the highest integrity and extremely knowledgeable about child custody and a wide range of subjects, and tactics. He has been very responsive to my needs as a client. His work is timely and accurate. He provided straightforward answers and feedback while exercising appropriate tact, and diplomacy when required. He is tenacious, and reasonably affordable. I recommend him without question.

Speaking at an engagement in Bloomfield Hills, I asked attorney Harris,
Q. “Do you accept responsibility for the discipline you received?”
Attorney said, “Absolutely, we had a dispute and I stood up for what I thought was right and just. Regardless my belief, I should have settled the matter. I get it. -- It’s difficult for an attorney who is named the defendant to find justice. Never again. By the way, I haven’t had a single grievance in three years.”
For the past twenty years, I’ve adored Mr. Harris’ tenacity, thirst for fairness and justice. After the meeting, I asked his permission to publish the question and his answer. I applaud him for his ethics, candor, and honesty. He was my divorce attorney, my business consultant and I referred him to my friends and relatives. I have no reservations in recommending him. Compared to other attorneys I've dealt with, Attorney Harris is over the top.

Robert Harris is my “Lawyer of First Resort" when any legal question, issue, or dispute is encountered. I know firsthand that he prides himself on dispensing cost-effective, efficient, and decisive advice and advocacy with unflinching loyalty, respect, and determination. It is with great pleasure that I recommend attorney Harris for anyone who would benefit from the expertise of a solid business attorney.

I was involved with a dodgy landlord who was supposed to be allowing me to be renting to own the house I was staying in...turns out he didn't even own the house. I was on the hook for basically squatting in somebody's house for over six months, plus the mortgage company was foreclosing. I was introduced to Atty. Harris through friends. He found the owner and negotiated my contract with him, plus, my old landlord was arrested in court. He even helped me sue for the monies I paid out. All that plus he was decently priced. I found him to be really down to earth in that stuffy sort of way.
