Anytime we had to get some answers Sanford was right there on the phone with us. He is very knowledgeable about our industry. I have had other lawyers in the past. Not again. Sanford got the job done. I would recommend Melder and Melder to anyone in my family or in business.

When it comes to family law situations Mr. Melder is fantastic. He is very tough and really fights for your rights, even if it is a difficult situation. Plus he is willing to work with you on payment terms you can afford when most other lawyers won't do that. He really knew the law and also he knew the people at the court which I think helps a lot. I hope I never go through another divorce situation, but if I do Mr. Meldder will be the lawyer I call!

I have hired both of the Melders for various legal matters concerning my condominium hotel property. It has been my experience that when you are in a dispute, you want someone who knows all the rules, and has expertise to get the job done correctly. Both of these gentlemen were what I needed to help in my legal matters. I was impressed with both their level of representation and the results they gave me. I will continue to use them for all of our legal needs.

Sanford J. Melder is more interested in his reputation and making money than he is about the welfare of his clients. When asked to postpone a FOC interview he said he wouldn’t because it would hurt his reputation; additionally, he often phoned me for a one minute chat, to see how I was doing, and then charged me $75 (he charges on the quarter hour). When it came time to actually to go trial he said he wouldn’t and withdrew from the case; he abandoned me, took my money and left me flat footed. Sanford J. Melder is not trustworthy.

Mr. Melder was very knowledgable and helpful. His prices are very fair and he helped me a great deal without spending a fortune. He fights very hard for his clients. Healso takes the time to talk with you and understand your situation. I was very pleased with his services. Thank you Mr. Melder.

This post was left by the other side in a divorce case. This person was very bitter with the poor results that he got and was not happy that my client was so successful.
I always do the best I can for my client and fight hard for them and their position.
