Kristin Stone believes that the most important thing she can do as an attorney is to uphold Winston Churchill's tenant and help her clients acheive peace and protection through her representation. She actively stays on the cutting edge of legal developments and theory. For the second year in a row, she is the Co-Chair of the Family Law Committee for the Macomb County Bar Association. She also serves as the Immediate-Past President of the Women's Lawyers Association of Michigan, Macomb Region and a Director of the Macomb County Bar Foundation. Kristin attended the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor and graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications Studies. She then received a meritorious scholarship to attend the Michigan State University Law College and graduated cum laude in 2002. She is licensed to practice in Michigan, Federal Court, and Tribal Court. Kristin holds a Certificate of Completion in the area of Family Law issued by the Institute of Continuing Legal Education and the Family Law Section of the State Bar of Michigan. She believes in the Constitution, individual liberties and the sanctity of life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.
