Gary is a good lawyer except that he should instruct his paralegals to update his clients as to what extent the cases are in. ex. 1-5 5-meaning the case is almost closed. The paralegal duty would only be to send a message to the client involving a case and just sending a 1-5 message so the client isn't hanging. Thank you Mr. Randazzo

Mr. Nitzkin represented me during a consumer debt protection rights violation case. He and his staff were extremely responsive and kept me well informed from discussing potential outcomes through finalizing a settlement. Our settlement was exactly how we had envisioned the outcome and was handled promptly and professionally. I would recommend Mr. Nitzkin and his staff without questions for similar work.

I was retained as a client because I had a "good case" according to the paralegals who called me three times to send all my information and signed retainer for a consumer protection matter. After submitting all the necessary paperwork for my case, with verified bank records, I guess Gary no longer wanted to pursue the case despite the paralegals commenting otherwise. Months passed as this matter carried on, and more delays with fixing the issue continued on. When I sought out the reason not to pursue the case all of the sudden, I was told there was no case. I found it misleading and expressed after weeks and weeks of information being sent that my time had been wasted (why send me the retainer and call me several times to build this case and urge me to dispute through their office??).

Gary takes care of business. He is up front and has his paralegals take over as an in between because he is a very busy lawyer. He knows his legal aspects very conclusively and I'am very happy I chose him. Right now Mr. Nitzkin is working on a case for me, and so far has won two cases with monetary payoffs. We still have two more cases to go and the last will be the largest settlement.

At other law firms I left messages, never a return call or they told me it was a lost cause. Mr. Nitzkin and his staff listened and thought I had a case. They gave me sound guidance and explained legal matters so that I understood what my rights were on the case I was being sued for a past debt and I was suing them for FDCPA violations. Great team to work with.

I was receiving harassing phone calls all day long and contacted Gary. After recording the harassment on my cell phone, I contacted Gary who promptly filed suit against the company. Mr. Nitzkin assisted me with a FCRA case to correct credit reporting associated with fraudulent loans. The case was preceded by a case in Oakland County, MI which was handled by a real estate attorney and was resolved with a settlement between the parties (bank, title company, seller, purchaser) and default Judgement against the perpetrator. Mr. Nitzkin served as a consultant to our Counsel on the Michiogan case. As one of the cross-plaintiffs and cross-defendants in the Michigan case, I hired Mr. Nitzkin directly to utilize the Michigan case results and bring suit under FCRA to have my credit cleared. Mr. Nitzkin execeeded expectations when he not only settled with the babnks/ agencies to have my credit repaired, but was able to recoup my legal expenses. Mr. Nitzkin deomnstrated an excellent technical knowledge of the law and seasoned experience in executing settlement.

Gary posses a perfect blend of experience, strategy , knowledge and execution. I had a complex contract dispute that required understanding the subject matter of the contract and some intricate considerations When this dispute came to an impasse and it was clear litigation was the only answer. The law firm that typically handles my business matters referred me to Gary as a specialist. Special he is, from my first call it has been a first class experience. I have been impressed with Gary’s organization as well as the way he has interacted with me throughout the litigation, I received constant updates on the status and progress of the case. I spent years trying to get the credit bureaus to remove debt that I never owed from my credit report. Gary was able to get the inaccuracy corrected in less than a month. Gary informed me of the Fair Credit Reporting Act, and we decided to pursue a case against the credit bureaus and the original creditors. Gary explained everything to me along the way and made the case far less stressful. In addition, I was able to get money for the years of having a damaging, incorrect debt on my credit report. Gary is extremely knowledgeable, and helps his clients make informed decisions throughout the legal process. I just wish I had met Gary sooner because he could have saved me the years of headaches from dealing with the credit bureaus.
