Whenever I hire outside appellate counsel, I use Daniel McCarthy. His legal analysis and appellate arguments are the best. Daniel did a brilliant job for my clients on several appeals, including Unibar Maintenance v Saigh, Lawsuit Financial v Curry, Rubenstein v Pelle Pelle
