I received a letter from this attorney notifying me of a bill, telling me to contact him within ten days. I then tried to call this attorney for five days and only received a full voice mail (I documented each of these attempts). I then e-mailed him, I did recieve a recipt that he had read my e-mail but still refused to contact me. I am trying to pay this bill but will not just mail a check with no acct # ect. I then get a notice that he is suing me and tacks on 250.00 to the orignial amount of my bill, Unbelievable. I then show up for court with my documentation. His defense is that he is too busy to answer calls or e-mails. Luckily, the court sided with me and I ended up paying the original amount that I tried to pay in the first place. Guess he was expecting me to just pay the higher amount.

I've engaged Mark to handle a variety of tasks, including small business incorporation, management issues, financing advice, and sale of ownership. He has also helped me with real estate transactions, property tax assessment, powers of attorney, living wills, and last will & testament.
Mark is also an expert on economic development and real estate development. He has been a good friend for 20 years and my attorney for 15. I recommend him regularly to my friends, may of whom also use his services.
