I believed my case would be difficult due to inadequate council from my original divorce. I wanted an attorney that specialized in this field. Ms. Pelgen took on the challenge and was very successful for me, no matter what difficulties were thrown at her. She took the time to learn the background of the old case and was always able to answer questions and give me confidence that this new action would be successful.

My lawyer was able to get me a change of physical custody of my daughter, whom lives out of state, and all of this was done without my having to step foot in a court room. She was very professional, and knowledgable. I never had any problems with getting responses from her if I had any questions whatsoever. I would highly recommend her to anyone that is in a divorce or custody case.
