I used him in a criminal case. He did very well for my husband. Swanson got all the charges dropped and he was never convicted of anything. He told me what he could do and what might take some longer time to get done but let me know exactly what he could possibly do. He gave me his cell number to call in case he needed him after hours. There were times he did not answer but he did always call me back on the following business day or before. He does charge a good amount but it was worth every penny for my husband and I to be FREE of these criminal charges. I recommend him for criminal activity, he will let you know if he can help you or not during your consultation or shortly after.
When I hired this attorney he made me feel very confident in his abilities and his reputation. He does charge a lot and I'm a big believer in you get what you pay for. So he was paid in full and he did explain things to me clearly and he also made me feel that as long I was with him I was in the best hands possible. He got me into court very promptly, but when everything fell apart he explained to me that we weren't done. I strongly feel that he didn't fight for me as vigorously as he said he would. When I tried to call him to find out what we were going to do next, it was nearly impossible to get ahold of him. Not only did I call but I also sent letters. After looking into this situation more thoroughly I found out that multiple people were having this problem. The main issues are that he is almost impossible for me to reach. I don't think I would recommend him to anyone else based on my experience. He does have a great reputation that is why I hired him. I hope this review will keep people well informed on their decision in hiring an attorney. Lawyers are very expensive and we as clients need to have all possible information that is available.
