Cohen & Malad, LLP is a preeminent law firm representing, in part,  the wrongfully injured and killed.  While our law firm is based in Indianapolis, Indiana, we truly have a national, respected presence presence in the United States with over 20 highly skilled attorneys and fantastic support staff.   Many of our cases are referrals from former clients, referrals or co-counsel arrangement with our peers and the medical profession.  I am rated AV by Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory as well as Cohen & Malad, LLP, meaning that other lawyers attest that our lawyers have the highest competency and ethics in the practice of personal injury and wrongful death law.  This distinction separates the Cohen & Malad from other lawyers that represent the catastrophically injured or killed.

  • John Elliott Leighton

I endorse Dan Chamberlain. Over a period of more than 15 years I have had the opportunity to observe and work with Dan on complex cases, as well as teach trial skills to lawyers throughout the country. I have seen first hand what an outstanding, skilled and compassionate lawyer Dan Chamberlain is. I have co-counseled cases with him and worked side-by-side on catastrophic injury cases, including a very difficult case involving a young paraplegic. Dan understands personal injury trial law and has the respect of his peers and judiciary. His clients are very fortunate to have his skill behind their case. I wholeheartedly endorse him.
