I engaged Kena for an ongoing paternity action (I am non-custodial). Being the principal of the practice it appeared she was constantly having to choose between serving her clients and managing her business (e.g. personnel issues). There were many dropped balls, broken commitments, and restarts due to her and her staffs inability to keep the details of the case current and moving forward expeditiously. Once the issues were raised by me, I received an almost aggressive and reactionary response comprised of dialog about how swamped SHE was and everything that was on her plate. After multiple commitments to right the ship fell through, I had no choice but to cut my losses and move on. A complete waste of precious capital.
