Mr. Kelleher was hired to address subrogation issues relating to my brother's personal injury (closed head injury) from a car accident. Due to the severity of the injuries, there was no question from the auto insurance companies that this case was due the full limits of the policies. Upon reviewing the policies and the facts of the case, Mr. Kelleher questioned whether the umbrella policy limits were correct. As it turned out, they were not. This resulted in an addition to the expected settlement of $200,000.00!
