I started my legal career in 2000 as a law clerk for the personal injury firm of Thorson & Switala, LLP. As a law clerk, I researched and wrote extensively on the highly litigated area of insurance coverage cases known as Scott Pontzer. After graduating from the University of Dayton School of Law in 2002, I was hired by the firm as an associate attorney and focused my practice on representing those hurt by others' negligence. I never looked back. In 2008, I became a partner of the newly named firm of Thorson Switala Mondock & Snead, LLP. We set forth a philosophy that the client comes first above all else. A majority my clients are referred to me by former clients, even area doctors. I am proud to be a personal injury attorney. I am proud to say that I give a voice to individuals fighting insurance companies and corporations. Many people are hesitant to contact an attorney, but those that do are usually set at ease that they no longer have to go it alone. Give me a call. I can probably help. If I can't, I'm not too proud to say so. Free consultations. No obligation. No pressure.
