My initial impression of Mr. Davis, following my consultation, was that of a caring, trustworthy attorney. My appointment did not feel rushed and he worked within my time restrictions. He refused a retainer and no time table for completion was discussed.
Since that appointment ( April, 2011) his office has not once contacted me about anything ie: questions, delays etc. I have initiated all contact. My last voicemail inquiry was not returned and I feel I have to randomly call to catch a live person. I have even offered to retrieve my information if they were not able to fit it into their schedule(with no hard feelings) but was assured by receptionist that I would have something the following week on at least two occasions. Excuses have ranged from lack of communication between her and Mr. Davis to trying to figure things out. While I know she is not an attorney I do not object to her completing my work because she will have guidance. I have not spoke with Mr. Davis since the initial appointment.
Disapointed would be my feeling at this point. It's one thing to not discuss a time phrame but now one has been discussed and I am still waiting for any communication from his office.
While Mr. Davis could be the best attorney there is, the lack of communication from his office is a direct reflection on him.
