Ken did great work on behalf of my son, MRM, who was charged with OVI. He convinced the prosecutor to reduce the OVI charge despite the fact that my son refused to take a blood-alcohol test and had an accident. He also convinced the judge, who is very tough on these tye cases, to also agree to the reduced charge. He kept us informed throughout the entire process and explained everything to us in layman's terms--very important because neither my wife nor I had any experience with the legal system. I would highly recommend Ken.
Thank you for working so hard on my Kentucky case. I am so glad I took your advice.
As I primarily handle civil matters, I refer my criminal wrok to Ken. Feedback, based on these referral has been great and I will continue to refer thses type cases to Ken.
I was wrongfully accused of a crime and was looking at 2 to 8 years in prison. Because I was indigent at the time, the Court appoint an attorney/public pretender. All this guy was interested in was pleading me out. Due to a breakdown in communication, judge dinckelackerupper asked Mr. Crehan to take my case; which he did, and with only two weeks before my trial date. Mr. Crehan listened to my story, performed his own investigated, and took my case to trial, as he promised he would do. After four hours of deliberations, the jury came back with a 12 - 0 NOT guilty verdict. God must have been looking over my shoulder to have received such a good court appointed attorney.
I have used Mr. Crehan's services multiple times, and I have been extremely pleased with the outcome of all cases. I also retained Mr. Crehan to represent my son (who was a juvenile at the time), his case went to trial, and my son was found not guilty. I would highly recommend Mr. Crehan to anyone who is looking for a no-nonsense, hard-working attorney.
I rated Ken as poor only because there was no lower rating. He is a puppet of the courts, and the best friend they ever had. He is a blemish to his profession. Notice all his endorsements come from other attorneys, and fellow court puppets. Most of his cases are public pretender work. Wouldn't recommend him to my worse enemy.
