    Description:
    Two former employees brought a qui tam lawsuit in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio against a Medicaid HMO for failing to fulfill responsibilities for assessing the health needs of special needs children, and for reporting false data to the State of Ohio. The Justice Department and Ohio Attorney General joined with us in an in-depth investigation. In addition to the payment of $26 million, the defendant has agreed to a Corporate Integrity Agreement.
