If an officer does not show up to a hearing, the Court has the power to dismiss a case; however, that's not very likely to happen. The Court will most likely continue the hearing to another date and WILL make sure that the officer attends the next hearing. If you are worried about points, you should hire an attorney.

You should not say anything. It is your right to remain silent or to ask for an attorney. Anything you say to the officer can be used against you.

The warrant can be recalled after an attorney has been retained and files the proper motions. However, it will be at the discretion of the judge. And even if you want the charges to be dropped, the prosecutor is not very likely to let it go. He needs an attorney immediately! DV charges are very serious.
