My goal is to help individuals and families understand their options when planning for their future and to implement a plan for them that will enable them to qualify for benefits that are available to them while preserving their hard earned nest-eggs. This may include Powers of Attorneys, Wills, Revocable Trusts, Irrevocable Trusts, Qualified Income Trusts and SNTs.
