I have known Michael for nearly ten years and find him to be an insightful, dedicated and resourceful attorney. As he is an immigrant himself, he is my "go-to" colleague for immigration matters. I recommend his services without reservation.

Michael has done a tremendous job in my H1B Case. My first petition was denied because of attorney's mistake, and I had to find somebody who will fix it. I talked to different immigration lawyers and I am very happy that Michael took my case.
First of all, he is very professional and knowledgeable, and knows exactly what will work. The process was very smooth and everything happened exactly how he planned it. His strategy is like a chess game and he always thinks couple steps in advance.
I highly recommend this firm to all my friends. Once again, thank you very much for great work and effort!

I had a difficult H-1B case and had talked to different immigration lawyers all of whom said that there was no solution. One of my coworkers suggested Michael Jolic and Stacy Cozart to me. I'm so glad I turned to them. My first conversation with Michael Jolic was very detailed and he said that my case could work. The process was very smooth, starting from the H-1B all the way to the Green Card. Filings were always done in a timely manner. I asked many questions throughout and these were answered concisely. Throughout this process Michael and his team were very professional, informative, and responsive to me. I highly recommend this firm for your immigration needs. I have not hesitated to refer them to my family and friends. Fantastic job!

Michael Jolic has been extremely helpful to both me and the residents (both J1 and H1 visa holders) that I work with at the hospital.
He is always available to answer questions regarding any aspect of the visa process and never seems put off when I reach out to him for guidance. As someone who does not have a legal background, Michael has been extemely helpful in teaching and explaining the processes and possible problems that may be encountered.
Each year he works with me and employees to successfully file for about 30 H1 B visas (and their dependents). His filings are prompt, correct, and only twice have we received RFEs from the USCIS.
As someone who deals with J1 visa holders who often seek waiver positions in the U.S., Mr. Jolic has gone above and beyond in his willingness to explain the process, review cases (even when he is not the attorney filing for the waiver), and prepare those H1 visa holders who are applying for permanent residency in what to expect during the interview.
On October 8, Mr. Jolic gave a presentation to the J1 visa holders about waiver positions and the process of how to go about successfully applying for a waiver position. He patiently explained the process and answered questions during evening presentation. All of the residents who attended that evening's presentation have asked me to thank Mr. Jolic for his candor, honesty, and ability to make what can seem like an overbearing process something that is manageable. The J1 visa holders have asked that he give the talk again. He and I have discussed this and are working to find a date and time that works well for us and the audience.
Also, Mr. Jolic worked closely with one of the employees who is on an H1 visa who had applied for permanent residency. He met with her and her husband and thoroughly discussed the process and prepared her for the types of questions she would be asked. Afterward she told me that he was wonderful and really helped her feel at ease during her interview because of the time he took to prepare her.
Personally, speaking there are several time throughout the year that I have to call upon Mr. Jolic for clarification of specific issues. When the question is immigration related but outside the realm of his expertise (i.e. questions about J1 visas), Mr. Jolic will indicate that it is something he has to get back to me on after a bit of research. He always responds quickly and makes sure I understand the intriciacies of the law.
His help has been invaluable to me and to the residents and fellows at the hospital. Even trainees who have secured a waiver position plan on contacting Mr. Jolic when it is time apply for permanent residency because of his calm and accepting demeanor.
I can't speak highly enough of Mr. Jolic. He and the entire office Sharon and Kalnoki have assisted me, the residents, and others at the hospital who have needed an attorney to settle an immigratin question.

Michael Jolic was appointed by my company to handle my Visa application and later the application for my permanent resident card after I was relocated from Germany to the USA.
Michael was extremely responsive and supportive during these times, he was not only processing the applications quickly and very diligently, he was also able to explain specifically difficult legal details in a way that I could understand them. He had me and my paperwork perfectly prepared for my interviews and went above and beyond to make sure I felt as comfortable as possible during these stressful times.

When I first began working with Michael Jolic, it was my first time working with immigration. Needless to say, he had a lot to teach me. Michael enabled me to be successful in processing immigration paperwork for my employer based on his knowledge and service.
Rather than just advising you what documents to complete for a visa, he explains why such documents are required. Each case he explains the rationale behind the processes and policies of the USCIS or Department of Labor, which helps me better prepare my company for what we can and cannot do for candidates. For example, we have had many cases of employees on visas that traveled internationally for their job. His ability to help us capture their time outside the US to extend their visas has been essential for our company to continue doing business with this staff.
Michael's timeliness to my requests has also been important. Most recently we had an employee on an F-1 visa, working under OPT. When it came time to apply for her H-1B, we found out that she already worked on an H-1B with a non-profit, before earning her new degree and OPT. Although she was not subject to the cap on her previous H-1B, Michael explained that this time still counted against her overall allotment of 6 years of H-1B. We were already in process of having all applications prepared for an April 1 submission, but this unique situation created more work for this specific application. Michael was able to prepare the application under a short-time frame, and recapture enough time for us to continue employing this person within the US, while we applied for her PERM to continue working long term.
Again, his wealth of knowledge has been greatly appreciated, and pivotal to the success of my company in employing non-immigrants.
