Robert Craig McLaughlin

also known as R. Craig McLaughlin

About me

Thanks for viewing my profile.  I have represented individuals and families who have been seriously injured or killed as a result of motor vehicle crashes, medical negligence, and defective products since 1997.  I am licensed in both Ohio and Kentucky and have obtained many multi-million dollar and million dollar results for my clients.  In cases where the wrongdoer does not take responsibility or fails to make a reasonable settlement offer, I will be prepared to take your case to trial.  I have substantial jury trial experience (35+ trials representing injured clients) and recently obtained what has been reported to be the largest verdict in Clermont County, Ohio for a person injured in a motor vehicle crash.

  • William John Price

I have had the pleasure of working along side Craig for the past five years and believe he is an excellent trial attorney. Recently, he obtained a $70,000.00 verdict on a case where the insurance carrier refused to offer any money for purposes of settlement. The verdict is one of many examples where his experience, expertise, and abilites have translated into money for his clients.
