    • I recommend Sam Thomas.
    • I hired Sam more than 3 years ago.
    • Sam handled my Bankruptcy / Chapter 7 matter.
    • I have previously worked with 1-2 lawyers.

This Attorney helped me when no other Attorney would. I was being garnished, how was I going to pay to file bankruptcy so that I can stop the garnishment. I spoke with 3 lawyers before contacting Attorney Thomas who all wanted their money up front. The first thing that Attorney Thomas said to me when I explained my situation was "I will help you". And he did. He stopped my Garnishment, I was able to pay him. HE IS THE BEST!!!!!

I had seen a few commercials on tv for Sam Thomas III. He seemed professional and came across relatively so when we first met. He specializes in bankruptcy filings. I hired Mr Thomas for a family matter ( child support) and I completely wasted $1800.00. He did not return any of my calls, and never filed any of the proper paperwork. After two years of chasing for answers, I contacted child support myself. They informed me to come down and fill out paper work. They informed me that he did nothing for me and that I should contact the BAR association which I did.
