About me

Morgan Raye Caruso (formerly Morgan Raye Sigman) has concentrated her law practice predominantly in criminal defense since the beginning of her legal career. She earned her law degree from Case Western Reserve University School of Law where she defended indigent clients as a member of the highly recognized Criminal Defense Clinic and participated as a coach to the nationally ranked Moot Court Team. A former field hockey goalie, she rarely lets anything get past her. She is licensed to practice in every state court in Ohio and has been featured defending the accused in the A&E T.V. series, "After the First 48 Hours." Morgan is as steadfast with the written word as she is aggressive in the courtroom, having authored a chapter published by the American Bar Association in its book, The 2014 State of Criminal Justice.
