My practice at Nurenberg Paris involves representing clients who have been seriously injured due to negligent driving, medical mistakes, hazardous property conditions, airplane accidents, nursing home neglect, animal attacks, or dangerously defective products.
A victim of negligence has a multitude of rights, including the right to be fairly compensated and the right to have your case heard by a jury. Often times, the injured person must navigate a complicated and frustrating litigation process before they can exercise those rights. This can be an overwhelming endeavor for individuals to handle as they are recovering from their physical injuries. I take a great deal of pride in guiding my clients through the legal process, from beginning to end, so that their rights are enforced.
I am an also a professor at Kent University. I teach Tort Law and Legal Research and Writing within the Paralegal Department. A paralegal is a professional who assists attorneys in various aspects of legal practice. Paralegals are absolutely essential to the successful operation of modern law firms.
Before I became a lawyer, I worked as a paralegal for several years. I enjoy teaching Kent State students about this very fulfilling career choice.
