I hired this attorney on the fly to settle some criminal charges my idiotic brother got for something stupid he did. Little did I know how stupid was my decision to hire this man. He was rude and I was never able to contact him as he was always "busy". During our meetings he was constantly on the phone and looked horribly unprofessional and his office was a mess. I mean absolutely disgusting, paper and files everywhere then to have left over Chinese food on top of it. It looked as if a tornado went through there. However, I did enjoy talking to his assistant, Lynne. She knew more than her employer did. Knew my court dates, what my case was and everything. I felt more comfortable talking to her than Paul. I really wonder why it's not the other way around because she obviously knows more.

I could recommend a squirrel to have better consistency with handling your concerns. No return phone calls, lies about what they did do, and a very argumentative assistant Lynne. This is unbelievable service that you would imagine could be out of a movie. I am thinking a pack of untrained monkeys could do a better job at running an office, and keeping a promise. It appears that this office isn't able to do that.

When I reviewed his history after calling several times it appears he got upset and denied taking the case. In the end I'm thrilled as I wouldn't have searched and found what I did.

He is even misrepresenting this page as it appears there should be a gap in his employment for about 5 years.

After meeting him and seeing the history it makes sense why he had cameras in his office. I wish I had one on me actually when I was there.

this attorney was the most awful attorney i have ever seen in my entire life something out of a MOVIE awful...His assistant Lynn was rude ghetto and thought she was the attorney, this attorney NEVER INFORMED me of any of the ways we could proceed with my case, he actually caused me to have to pay another attorney so i could get the case dissolved, he promised the original plea agreement took care of all my cases then to find out while in prison that IT DIDN'T!!!!

My husband and myself were able to do little research before we selected Paul Cushion as our lawyer due to the timing of our case. Had we been given the time, we now know we most CERTAINLY would not have chose him. We were skeptical from the get go, as he is a criminal defense lawyer, and our case wasn't this type -- he assured us he had experience and was ready to take on our case. I can't express how unhappy we were with his "service" he was extremely unprofessional, paid little attention to what we had to say, frequently cut us off mid sentence, even took lengthy phone calls in the middle of our scheduled meetings! I don't recall a single time I left his office feeling calm or reassured my case would be ruled in my favor, in fact it got to the point of questioning just what his relationship was with the lawyer from the opposing side .. In the end he actually denied us service unless we followed his game plan! I couldn't possibly give a low enough rating!
