Attorney Davis is a fantastic individual with whom to work who seems to take a genuine interest in his clients. In addition to the fact that Attorney Davis and his staff were very attentive to me, and always called me when they said they were going to call me, they were willing to go over-and-above ...what they had to do to answer all of my questions. Obviously, I was very nervous about filing for bankruptcy and I had felt as though I had lost some of my self-respect for having to file bankruptcy, but Attorney Davis and his staff were very gracious in letting me know that sometimes people get in over their heads, and that if an individual does the right thing after being granted bankruptcy protection, that they can be financially successful despite filing for bankruptcy. I took the respect and kindness granted to me by Attorney Davis and his staff very seriously, and now (less than four years later) I am a homeowner with an average credit rating! I needed my Bankruptcy Schedules when I applied for my home loan because they wanted to make sure that I actually re-affirmed on my automobile, so I called Attorney Davis' Office expecting to be asked to come in a couple of days later for copies of my documents, so I asked what day I could pick it up and his secretary replied, "I can have it for you in a half hour if you need it." I really shouldn't have been surprised. That's the sort of prompt and courteous service one can expect when using this attorney.
