Chris O'Shaughnessy is a partner with McDonald Hopkins LLC. With 17 years of trial and appellate experience at big law firms and having counseled many clients in high profile matters, Mr. O'Shaughnessy's practice concentrates on complex commercial litigation and construction law. He was involved in World Trade Center litigation in New York City, a billion dollar power plant development dispute in Texas, an arena project lawsuit in Luzerne County, Pennsylvania, preparing project delivery contracts for a private aviation company at the Columbus, Ohio Regional Airport and defending design professionals against professional negligence claims in the Short North Arches project in Columbus, Ohio. Mr. O'Shaughnessy has handled hundreds of breach of contract, negligence and product liability claims. He is a Fellow in the Columbus Bar Foundation and the Litigation Counsel of America.  He has been named a Super Lawyer and Rising Star by Ohio Super Lawyers, a Top Lawyer by Columbus C.E.O.
