Mr. Baker is the founder of The Baker Law Group. His practice focuses on representing injured victims. He also advocates for those charged with misdemeanor crimes including OVI and other traffic related offenses. His two focus areas overlap and keep Mr. Baker in the courtroom on a regular basis.
Mr. Baker utilizes a unique approach in his method of representation. Rather than focusing specifically on his clients' injuries, he focuses on thier recovery physically, mentally and financially. This allows his firm to act as recovery advocates and provide a support system to clients above and beyond legal remedies.
Mr. Baker graduated with honors from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. During his college tenure, Mr. Baker was a member of the Ohio State Crew Team. Mr. Baker graduated from Capital University Law School Order of the Curia, recognized for outstanding academic achievement.
Mr. Baker is admitted in to the Ohio bar and he is licensed in the U.S. District Court, Southern District of Ohio. Mr. Baker is currently a member of the Columbus Bar Association, Ohio Association of Justice and the American Association of Justice. He currently serves as a member on the Columbus Bar Association Professional Ethics Committee. Mr. Baker is a staff lecturer at Driver Intervention Programs around Columbus educating participants about alcohol related traffic offenses.

In addition to practicing law, Mr. Baker enjoys spending time with his family, playing guitar with local artists, competing in marathons and triathlons, and is an avid cyclist and snow skier who thoroughly enjoys outdoor recreation. His personal involvement in endurance sports including cycling prompted him to focus a portion of his practice centered solely on representing injured cyclists. He hosts an interactive cycling website: www.cyclistdownonline.com and host a google and iPhone app, Cyclistdown.
