My practice is limited to three specific areas: DUI/OVI; Criminal Defense; and Personal Injury/Wrongful Death. If the case involves an automobile, than the odds are it is a case that I will litigate whether it is from the DUI Defense perspective or prosecuting a personal injury case involving a motor vehicle crash.
I graduated from OSU in Criminal Justice. I was a private investigator for two years prior to entering law school. After law school, I spent six years as an assistant prosecuting attorney learning the skills necesary to handle complex litigation. Currently I spend approximately 50% of my practice on DUI defense, 25% on criminal defense, and 25% on personal injury/wrongful death cases. I am on the OACDL DUI committee and I am certified in Breath Testing Procedures and Standardized Field Sobriety Testing Procedures. I speak annually at various seminars and orginizations. I have co-chaired the OACDL Advanced DUI Seminar for the past two years.
