Friendly, caring, understanding, truthful, honest, throughout the entire process even through the tearful days - no matter what he was there for me. Jack took care of me and did not worry about what he was going to get out of this type of case. Jack was truthful from the beginning of the case until the end about how tough this type of case was going to be.

He seemed like a competent lawyer at first but then after a few weeks / months, he changed. He did not look after my interests. He is rude and obnoxious and only cares about his fees. He didn't perform the critical research needed for my case until the 11th hour...Keep looking there are better lawyers in this area than this clown...
