Lisa Wells… exceptional attorney who represented me when I was charged with Sexual Imposition. Sexual Imposition a charge I was wrongfully accused of, which carries a steep sentence. Lisa’s phenomenal expertise and legal advice saved my career and my charge was amended. BEST possible resolution anyone in this situation could receive. Lisa’s personable, competent, and thorough demeanor gave me an extreme amount of security. Her assistant Tony could not be any more helping than he was during this situation as well. Friendly, empathetic, and professional, Tony and Lisa make an awesome team to receive the BEST resolution. Answering my numerous phone calls and messages, shows she truly cares about her clients. Even with the sentencing and case closed, Lisa has made herself readily available to assist in other questions and concerns. I would highly recommend Lisa if you want the best results with any legal situation.

My 22 year old son was facing charges of 4-20 years in prison for a sexual internet crime of possessing 4 photos and sending one of a minor girl. We had gone to a very well known and respected attorney in Florence who did nothing to help our son. They never even took the time to get to know him at all or to understand the reasons for doing what he did or even to get to know what a good man my son is. Just after about 8 weeks the Florence attorney gave up on my son, told him to go before the judge with a blind plea or take a the plea of 4 years in prison and left it at that. In the meantime I had heard about the wonderful Attorney Lisa Wells. I gave her a call for a second opinion as my young son was facing years in prison for a first offense! She took her time answering all my questions and even called me back several times to see how everything was going. She desperately told me for my son NOT to take the blind plea! She stated "he will go straight to prison for 4 or more years!" She was concerned and compassionate for my son (as she is a mother herself) even though we had not even hired her yet as our attorney. Well, my gut feeling, and our whole family's gut feeling said we had to hire Lisa Wells. I want you to know this was through much family prayer together that God would guide us in the way we should go. I called her and we were able to go down and see her almost right away. She stayed late into the evening to make the time to see us. She actually took the time to talk to my son to know more about him and what led him to the crime that he had committed. She was very thorough and caring with her questions. To make a long story short, my son was facing 4-5+ years in prison and with Lisa's fearless ability to negotiate with the prosecutor, my son ended up with a plea deal of 90 days at the local Detention Center and he is also able to receive work release which she also had so tirelessly worked on to get for him. I thank God that he sent Lisa Wells to our family. She truly saved my son's life.

During my legal process, I was shopping around for different lawyers. I began my search online looking at profiles, resumés, and career highlights. My first choice was Lisa, followed by two others. The next morning I went to Lisa's office to briefly talk and schedule an appointment. She was not there but I left my contact information. From there I contacted the other lawyers on my list. I received a call from one, had a meeting the same day, and was almost set to hire them as my lawyer. During the meeting, Lisa called my phone and I decided to contact her directly after the meeting with the other lawyer. She answered the phone immediately, gave her opinion of the case immediately, and offered to meet with me ASAP.
When I arrived at her office minutes later, Lisa was courteous, professional, knowledgable, and reassuring. She began working on my case without asking for a retainer. Something as little as calling the officer in charge of the case, another lawyer wanted thousands of dollars, not Lisa. When it came time to paying for a retainer it was a lot cheaper by far. Lisa contacted me when she received information on the case immediately. If I had any questions I could contact her by phone or e-mail, and she would reply in a very reasonable amount of time. She would also build a rapport with me, asking about different things going on in my life and would make small talk. While this may not be important to some; I viewed it as her viewing me as more than just a pay day and it helped ease the stress. Lisa used to be a prosecution lawyer, and she used that expertise, resources, and connections to find information and put pressure on the case. Ultimately the case was dismissed.
It was a very stressful time in my life. However, Lisa worked very hard and helped get the case dismissed ASAP. She is a very busy woman with a radio show on 700 WLW, and other cases going on (as evident by the paperwork in her office). However, there is a reason for that. It is because she is the best lawyer around. Even with that workload she responds fast, works hard, and gets things done. It was the best decision choosing her as my lawyer. I would recommend Lisa to anyone and I will recommend her to anyone that needs a lawyer.

I was listening to Lisa Wells on 700 WL W before the holiday season. Talking about law-enforcement cracking down on DU I drivers. Her recommendation said to tell the policeman with all due respect sir I don't want to say or do anything without contacting my attorney. That stuck in my mind. I got pulled over after having a couple of beers and did exactly what she said and refused to take the breathalyzer test. Then I was charged with DUI. I thought my world was over because I have a class a CDL with hazardous material endorsement. after our fourth court appearance the judge declared a mistrial. And I was charged with disobeying a traffic signal. My license were reinstated along with my CDL. I couldn't believe just what happened in court. I had been thinking of losing my job, higher insurance rates and everything that comes along with having a DUI. It's saved me from a lot of embarrassment for I am a 58-year-old well respected churchgoing Man. Lisa treated me with the utmost respect and I would recommend her to anyone.

As a former client of Lisa’s I would like to express my gratitude to her in representing me in a difficult child custody case that went on for well over a year. I would without a doubt recommend her to anyone in need of legal counsel. She was extremely knowledgeable, savvy, professional and best of all accessible. In addition she has excellent presence in the court room! Throughout the length of this case she always made herself available for advise and solutions. She has my utmost confidence and I am so grateful for her help in a successful ending to my case.

I was charged in Warren County Ohio for Felony 3 Failure to report a change of address as I am a Sexually Oriented Offender, (REGISTERED SEX OFFENDER), I was treated very poorly by the detectives and other police so I heard about Lisa Wells on the radio, and have been screwed by another attorney I was very skeptical about hiring another and not to mention I don't have allot of money. I called and talked to a man that started helping me named Tony, and he told me some things and assured me that I would be in good hands and I Talked with Lisa and worked some details out and the state kept putting things off and Lisa kept me in the loop spent allot of time making calls and the whole time never leaving me in the dark with anything this was my life in her hands, I would be doing more prison time. When the trial came Lisa was Brilliant, never missed a step caught the states witnesses in situations, and the detective got kinda startled but Lisa was sharp and fearless. You could tell her passion for the truth and well it paid off after only 2 hours into the trial it was over......NOT GUILTY, the judge said... I was so overwhelmed I did not even have to have any witnesses and the state had 3.... Lisa Wells is worth twice what she charges if not more I will have her help me in the future and NO other Attorney. .. Thank you so much Lisa thanks to you I get to see my new baby girl grow up and not from behind bars...

I am writing my review anonymously due to the fact it involves my son who is a minor.
I never thought that I would ever need an attorney for my juvenile son, but when the police show up at your house everything changes. My son was charged with importuning for sexting in Butler County. Which is a 2nd Degree Felony. So I started looking for one.
I had heard Lisa on 700WLW and she sounded like she was an aggressive attorney and a woman that could get things done. I was so glad I called and I was right. She is an aggressive attorney and she got the job done. Ms. Wells did a great job for my son. She was on top of the case from beginning to end. She kept us informed on everything that was happening and everything that was going to happen. Lisa is a great attorney and if you need one she is the one to call.
Thank you Lisa for doing a great job!!!!

My lawyer Lisa Wells worked with me on my case involving assault on a police officer. Lisa is a very upfront honest lawyer who cared about me as a person throughout my whole trial. Lisa made this frustrating time of my life as comfortable as possible. She brought my felonious assault which I was charged for, down to a misdemeanor with no probation or any court cost.

I was involved in a nasty contested domestic relations case in Hamilton County. I had wanted a divorce for over 6 years. In that time, I saw 4 very highly recommended attorneys. The first 3 attorneys offered little advice and were stumped by my complex case. One attorney was a partner at his firm and suggested I try and "work it out." I couldn't believe how I was dismissed and actually advised to stay in a very unhealthy environment for me and my children.
Lisa told me up front what the process would involve. I was already legally separated and she knew exactly how to proceed with filing for the divorce. She listened to my concerns with parenting time and custody and was honest about possible outcomes. She kept my children's safety, mental and emotion state in mind when negotiating parenting time. Lisa also was honest when she told me how the court process works. She never promised anything she couldn't deliver. For example, she gave me the Hamilton County courts usual turn around time on mediation scheduling and court processing. Although I wanted the divorce proceeding to be quick she was correct about how long it took and the amount of money I was looking at investing to get the needed results. When I was anxious about an upcoming court date or mediation appointment, she would tell me specifically what to expect. I had never been in a court room in my life until my divorce. It can be a scary experience, but she was with me every step of the way. She never over charged me or called just to talk to run up my bill. In fact, she did the opposite. She would email or text me if the information I needed wasn't crucial to the case just to save me money. Divorce can be scary especially when there are children involved. I was used to staying at home with my kids. She helped me build my confidence to get back to work after several years of working very minimal hours. I would recommend her to anyone! She is smart, savvy and knows how to get the best for her clients. I feel so blessed that she was by my side for a very scary time in my life.
