    Typically this kind of provision is a 'backup' for payment of child support should anything happen to him before children age out. You don't say if you have children. If your agreement specifies that he has to maintain it, for whatever reason, then you can take him to court to enforce the agreement. it is generally better to hire an attorney to do this.

    If the pieces and parts were acquired during your marriage then they are marital property. You can sell them but may have to account for the value, if any, at a later date.

    If the child has resided in Tennessee longer than 6 months he may well be successful in moving any matters regarding the child to TN. Your question actually raises a lot of issues which could affect the answer. Why don;t you have time with your child? Why is he "in hot water"? Why is he in contempt?
