I am an elder law and estate planning attorney advising clients on tax, business, Special Needs, Medicaid and VA matters affecting their estates and families.
With my significant experience handling complex, long-term-care/Medicaid planning matters, elder law matters, and guardianship/conservator ship matters, I have advised and guided numerous clients through the long term care planning maze.
I also speak frequently at various seminars on estate planning, special needs planning and long-term care planning, including the University of Louisville Business School sponsored Louis A. Grief Tax Institute, and I recently co-authored an article which was published in Kentucky Bench and Bar titled “Death Taxes: Confusion Reigns” November 2010.
I am a member of the Louisville, Kentucky and American Bar Associations, and admitted to practice law in Kentucky.
