I am a homeowner advocate and an employee's attorney. I also have experience resolving the wrongful denial of credit.
I hold lenders to their promises, and I will work to explain to the courts what are the best customs and practices in the banking industry. Increasingly, banks fail to live up to those standards. Our office holds banks to the service standards they often fail to meet.
I also handle debt relief matters. Many bankruptcy attorneys will process your petition but will not handle problems that arise post-discharge. I help individuals before, during, and AFTER bankruptcy. Indeed, if you experience a problem following your bankruptcy discharge, its likely you will come to our office, even if another attorney has filed your bankruptcy.
