You need to discuss with your attorney the possibility of filing AOC form 280 if it has not been filed already. Copies of this form can be filed with the Judge, opposing counsel, the county clerk, and Frankfort whenever a divorce, custody or support decision has not been issued. The form can be accessed at the Kentucky Courts of Justice website here: http://courts.ky.gov/resources/legalforms/Pages/legalformlibrary.aspx
