    If there is a bond set then you can pay his bond in Kentucky, otherwise, you either have to get the KY court to set a bond which you would then have to pay in Kentucky, and/ or set aside the warrant to stop the extradition from Florida. Something this complicated would probably require advice from an attorney.

    You can either do it yourself or hire an attorney. Yes you should get it expunged to avoid anyone knowing that you have ever been criminally charged, even if the charges have been dismissed. For example having a dismissed charged on your record may raise a question in the eyes of your prospective employer and require you to explain why it is that you had a criminal charge to begin with.     At arraignment you should ask for the Judge to appoint you a Public Defender. Nothing will happen on the first Court date. If you qualify, then you will meet with your Public Defender before your next Court appearance.

    Definitely the County could make a motion to revoke your probation. Also with your BAC being so high you are looking at an aggravated DUI which carries a mandatory minimum imprisonment. The time may or may not be served on home incarceration. You should discuss your case with a lawyer.
