About me

Tristan R. Armer primarily
concentrates his practice on representing employers in workers'
compensation claims, longshore and harbor workers' claims, and other
general liability claims.  With a background in finance, he also
devotes a portion of his practice handling bankruptcy, commercial,
financial, real property, security interest and lending issues. He is a
past seminar instructor for the National Business Conference on the
subject of Foreclosure, Bankruptcy Law and Title Considerations.

Mr. Armer is experienced in all areas of civil litigation in both
state and federal courts, including numerous jury trials.  He also has
significant experience representing creditors and debtors in core and
adversarial proceedings in bankruptcy courts.  His litigation
experience also includes matters before the American Arbitration
Association and other private arbitrators.

Prior to joining with Heidelberg, Steinberger, Colmer & Burrow,
P.A., he was a managing partner of two different law firms of which he
had started.  He has served upon the Board of Directors for BrakePro
LTD/BHC LLC, a manufacturer of heavy duty friction products.  He is a
