About Me

I am a licensed attorney in Tennessee and Indiana.  I am a partner in my firm and I have a passion for helping clients win their cases in Court.  My primary practice areas are Family Law, Probate, DUI and misdemeanor Criminal.  


 


In my spare time I enjoy speaking and travelling internationally.  I have had the privilege of training mediatiors in Family, Civil and Elder mediation in the US, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Germany and France.  


 


I also teach at two universities in the areas of Criminal Law, Business Law, Ethics and Mediation.
