My father rented office space from Mr. Small. He had paid his rent through the end of the month. On the day that my father received diagnosis that he had terminal cancer, Mr. Small changed the lock on the office to lock my father and the rest of our family out of the office. If I were choosing an attorney, I would not want to a person with the morals of Mr. Small. And I certainly wouldn't rent space from him!
Handled a civil warrant claim against my company. Good follow-up. Competent.
An attorney in Washington, DC,, I was fortunate to work with Bill Small on a case in which my niece retained him (child custody), and he was terrific. He is a lawyers' lawyer, smart, careful, thorough, patient, and a sense of humor much appreciated and (often) much needed!
As former commander of the Shelby Co, Tn. courts I know who the best attorneys for civil and criminal courts are. Bill Small is one of the best.
