Wagner is a native of Memphis, Tennessee.  She attended the University of Colorado and graduated in 2006 with a B.A. in Political Science before attending law school.

Wagner graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Memphis School of Law in 2009. While in law school, Wagner served on the University of Memphis Law Review. As Judge Stafford’s law clerk, Wagner was responsible for preparing the Judge for oral argument and drafting bench briefs, researching various legal issues in conjunction with pending cases, and assisting with the drafting of opinions. Wagner’s clerkship provided her with a valuable perspective from the appellate bench.

Wagner’s experiences as a judicial clerk and her love of writing, provide her with a solid background for all types of appellate advocacy. Wagner has experience preparing briefs and oral arguments for appellate courts.
