Several years ago, I was facing up to 25 years for a crime that I didn't commit. No one would listen to me. The police were convinced I was guilty. The prosecutors were convinced I was guilty. Nobody believed me or believed in me. Lyle was with the Public Defender's office back then, and unlike most public defenders, he took time to listen to my story, and put together a strategy to save me.
We used medical experts at trial to present our side of the story. Lyle was great, and the jury finally heard the truth.
Lyle listened to me, and believed in me.
What a nightmare. I was pulled over and arrested for serious offenses. I hired Lyle to defend me. The cops and prosecutors wouldn't back down, even though the charges were false. Luckily, neither did my lawyer. We finally had to go to trial to get these charges dismissed.
Lyle was ready. He's a good lawyer and was really prepared. I hope you never have to go through what I went through, but if you do, hire Lyle to defend you. He's the best.
Back in 2009 I got charged with theft under 500. At this time Lyle Jones was an public defender. So the judge gave me him. After 6 months of going to court Mr. Jones got it where I could handle my case outside of court. I didn't have to pay court cost or fines. In February 2011 I got charged with a domestic with plenty of witnesses sayin I did it. After going to court two times Lyle got it dismissed and I didn't have to pay fines or court cost.
Mr. Jones represented me in my driving on suspended license charge. I didn't know my license had been suspended, but when I was pulled over, I was arrested. Being from out of state, I dreaded making another trip to Tennessee.
Mr. Jones took care of the matter for me, actually getting the charge dismissed after I had my license reinstated--without me having to come back.
