Since I opened my practice in 1997, I have been fortunate to represent and counsel hundreds of clients in the areas of Business and contract matters and litigation, Family Law litigation and negotiation, and Estate Planning methods and documents to protect client assets and income through the use of Trusts, Wills, Powers of Attorney, advance Medicaid/Nursing Home Planning, and more.
Contracts are the basis for all business, and are often the most important - and overlooked - documents that can make or break a client's position. Surprisingly, family law matters and forward-thinking estate planning issues are often goverened by contracts - and trust - as well. When working with my clients to resolve legal matters and situations, I am cognizant that I serve in several roles, and I provide dynamic, well-thought-out and prepared representation and counsel. My goal is to be bold, to advise and assist you in crafting reasonable goals, and in setting out the framework to obtain the best results possible for you and your business, family, and future.
Often, one of the most valuable service we offer is the initial consultation. We charge a flat fee of $ 250.00 for the initial, one-hour consultation.
If our consultation lasts significantly longer than one hour, the additional time will be charged at $ 300.00 per hour. During the iniital consultation, I will not only answer your questions, but also give you information about the legal process, your options, and what to expect emotionally, financially, and legally, throughout your legal proceedings. I will also try and help you determine whether your problem can be solved outside of court. It is also a time for you to meet my staff who will work with me to assist you throughout your situation.
I look forward to working with you to help you solve your legal situation. Call (865) 675-9125 to schedule a consultation.

Few are as revered among the legal community as much as Shannon Holland. Among the best in her field, zealous advocate for her clients, an example of who a lawyer should be - these are just a few of the ways I have heard Ms. Holland described. Yet, pulling from my own interactions with her, she is so much more. True, Ms. Holland is an attorney of the very top caliber, but she also takes the time to give back to the community and to mentor so many younger attorneys. If you have Ms. Holland as your attorney, you can consider yourself fortunate and able to rest easier at nights knowing you are in such capable hands.
