About Me

Larry Giordano engages in a statewide practice based in Lewis Thomason's Knoxville office. He is a member and co-chair of both the firm's Education Law Practice Group and its Health Care Practice Group.  He concentrates the balance of his practice in the areas of business law  and complex litigation. With over thirty-five years of practice his diverse experience includes an unusually wide range of legal issues, both in litigation and transactional. He has significant criminal defense experience and has defended multiple cases with simultaneous civil and criminal proceedings. In addition, Mr. Giordano has substantial appellate experience and has argued before the Tennessee Supreme Court, Tennessee Court of Appeals, Tennessee Court of Criminal Appeals and the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.
