He was very understanding and knowledgable. Mr.Weiss handle everything very smooth and great at his job.I would refer him to anyone. Bottom line he is jam up.
Mr. Weiss provided prompt and capable representation with regard to my drug paraphernalia charge in Hamilton County. He provided a range of options for how to pursue my defense, and was able to deliver a favorable result based on my preference. He was also able to accommodate the fact that I live out of state by resolving the matter in a single trip to Chattanooga. If I ever have the misfortune of needing his representation again, I will call Mr. Weiss again.
He kept me well informed and was very confident. He was honest with me the entire time and made me aware of best and worst case scenario. My only complaint was that I never received my final documents but that could have been poor communication on both out ends.
My son was sucked into the judicial system through a series of mystifying arrests. My first inclination was to fight fire with fire, but we quickly learned that small fry like us aren't equiped to negotiate the many pitfalls in our court system. Without Mr. Weiss' s assistance through this ordeal, my son, an amputee still suffering from several physical illnesses, would have served time in jail. I do not believe he could have survived jail because of his deteriorating health. Mr. Weiss has made every decision based on what is best for us, not based on what is easiest for him. He truly cares about his clients, and he is willing to work as hard as necessary to achieve the best possible outcome for each of his clients. I feel so lucky that I stumbled on his name and number when I realized that we were going to need a lawyer. We have come to think of him as a close family friend and advisor.
Josh represented us in a traffic issue. He was able to resolve the case with the best possible outcome. He was totally professional and seemed to really care about us as clients. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone.
After being charged in Meigs county sought the council of a lawyer in Tennessee area. Decided to try Joshua Weiss. Came into the free console where he outlined the laws and the strategy he was planning to use. Informed me of his flat rate fee for his services and he worked with me on the payment. We went to court 3 times with the first 2 being 2 month continuances. Meanwhile I stayed out of further trouble in my own life. Finally the 3rd time I got a great deal. Charges reduced to reckless driving with 6 months unsupervised probation and fines totaling 660. He said initially that the longer the case went on the better the outcome for me and he was proven right. The fact that I didn't have previous trouble may also have played into the decision. We didn't talk a whole lot in between court appearances but he did contact me before each date and go over the case and approach. In the end I didn't lose my license or suffer any of the Tennessee dui requirements. I would definitely recommend his services
My husband and my self used Mr. Weiss when my husband had chargers. Mr. Weiss is a very dependable lawyer. Not only did he keep in touch with everything that was going on, he answered any and all questions. I would definitely use him again if I had to ( Hopefully I never will have to ). I would definitely tell others to call him first. He goes above and beyond the call of duty.

HE DEFINITELY POINTED ME IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION OF ANOTHER AWSOME LAWYER.
I had a 12 year sentence of probation, in which I violated by getting 20 new charges consisting of forgery, criminal simulation, identity theft, criminal impersonation and theft under $500.00 in 2 different districts in Chattanooga. I have an extensive criminal history on top of the current charges. I was incarcerated due to the Judge setting a no bond on the probation violation. After being in jail for only 70 days , Josh got 17 of the 20 charges dismissed and I went home on house arrest. I cannot tell you how hard he worked and kept his word to me that he would get me home. If you need a GREAT criminal defense attorney THIS IS THE MAN TO GET YOU AN AMAZING DEAL.
I was falsely accused of a crime and Mr.Weiss took the case and is working on it very diligently. He gave me hope and believed in me when I felt alone and scared. Thanks for all you are doing.
