We hired Richard to handle a non-contested, relatively cooperative divorce mediation for us.
Richard handled the mediation and divorce proceedings beautifully. He led us through the process, explained it clearly, was responsive in communicating, let us know what to expect, kept us on track during negotiations by being diplomatic but firm, was efficient with our time and money. He helped make a potentially difficult and painful process go as smoothly as possible.

Mr. Hedgepath was hired to serve as trustee for my elderly aunt several years ago, approximately 2008. He handled her and her affairs with the utmost care. Upon her death, he was the executor of her estate. He also furnished my brother and I advice when our father passed away shortly after my aunt died. He was exceptional in all our dealings with him and I would highly recommend him.
